Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written.

Answer customer phone calls where required.Clean up duties including dishes and cleaning.Coordinate delivery schedules and customer pickups.On occasion you may be asked to perform the following: To perform other duties and tasks assigned, as consistent with the nature and scope of the position.Willingness to cross train and work in any department.Ensure accuracy of store signage with regards to pricing.Merchandise, price, label and stock all bakery products.Assist in receiving, unloading and stocking of merchandise.Deal with customer concerns and/or complaints.Assist guests with product recommendations and locations, requests, and special orders.Efficiently stock and display product in a neat and appealing manner.Provide superior customer service to all guests.Prioritize cleanliness and health standards at all times.Weekend and evening hours work may be required.
